ITS BACK TO SCHOOL TOMORROW!!!

Yippeee yay! hahaha I am so bored with bumming around..I really wanna find something meaningful to do.

And actually since the start of hols, I have lost close to 5 kgs! haha little ba. but o well. 5 more to go=) This is probably the time when the going gets tough.

EspeCIALLY when something called Chinese New Year looms ahead..
The meaning may differ from family to family, but for me, a Malaysian who grew up in Singapore,

CNY is the time...

when nice-ness and pleasantries are being exchanged...

when ang paos are probably the only thing you think you actually DO benefit from visiting those relatives whom you greet with formalities.. and yet secretly dun give a shit about what dad's sister's uncle's niece's daughter....

when you gotta grit your teeth and get compared to other cousins (which in my case means WHo is the fatter one?)

when I come to appreciate the far and few times I get to sleep over with Sandy and talk till the wee hours=)

when I get to eat the yummy Msian food!!! the stalls of fried noodless... OOO AWESOME!

when I have to smack my wandering hands from plucking those cute pineapple tarts from the plates~

Haha! no lah not that pessimistic. I actually do kinda look forward to seeing my relatives.. sort of... coz seldom see.. so just at least go there to know your origins, to see something different other than my usual family members and baby and frens. hahah~

Around Botanical Gardens at 7am

Walking around Botanical Gardens in the mornings actually do feel very good. With the calm breeze and the sting of cold air rushing into your lungs with every huff and puff I exert, as I try to keep up with my dad (jogging), it really is nice to just stop and take a look..

I LOVE NATURE!!! Bring me anywhere with nature and I just may fall in love with you. hAhahah~

Seriously.. i have no idea what this plant/flower/fruit species is. It looks kinda nice though~
