Sighx,

Why must it always end up like this. Once every two weeks...

The pen is always reliant on the cap. When the cap fails, even the ink does too..the pen gets frustrated. The paper does not even gain. The pen writes frantically on the paper.. scratches.. wildly swaying its tip. leaving marks and grooves in the paper. No one ever cares.

All the pen thinks of is the cap. Pining, trying to catch the attention of the cap to come back...

Deep dark secrets are not meant to be shared. In the first place.. deep dark secrets are not nice stuff.. they just crawl deep and stay there.. clawing, creeping. A hideous existence not meant to be shown off, hidden, not wanting to be seen. Yet apparent. Apparent to the one who harbours it. The one who suffers it.

If the pen was wholly made in the US, it will probably disintegrate by now. With the cultural-structural lynchpins holding the various pieces back, pinning it in place, its existence just persists and sustains on reasons..reasons of the mundane, reasons that will soon run out.

When will that be..the pen wonders. For what reason am I existing? Day by day.. the time will reach when the ink dries out.. becomes obsolete for the pen.

What will the pen be then? The paper crumples up and cry desolate tears for the pen..withers, yellows. The grooves still remain..etched deep. Never fading, never returning back to normal.

Whee! The weekend with baby was pretty fun=)

I wore my new dress.. and was pretty happy with it also..

Went to baby's house to study..erm.. well.. i tried. haha!

In the end helped him to dye his hair brown!!

I was like so excited la!


But seriously.. the brown hair made him look so much younger and more stylish (if u do the mohawk).. I CAN't stop staring at u darling!! hahaha

Was bored then started taking pictures of myself. HAHA!


I really need to remind myself to draw some eyebrows the next time..


WHee! and baby is quite happy nowadays.. coz he's feeling healthier..slimmer with a smaller tummy.. JIAYOU baby! hahh I will too!

Now my dad is TOTALLY obsessed with a healthy diet. he is even preparing my meals la!! goodness. He is like transferring his knowledge to me..
Just this morning, I had nuts(walnut, almond, bits of cashew, pine nuts, dried cranberries) and a corn for breakfast. HOW HEALTHY rite. unlike the rest of the singaporean population who's feasting on bread and kaya or bao or ba chor mee or chee cheong fan..sighx~ *yums*

Then my lunch was lil bit of pineapple, some jap vege..mere boiled broccoli, carrots and 2 hard boiled eggs. But I don't eat the egg yolks..oh well~ hahah but i got so hungry that I ate one apple after that..and about 4 rice crackers!!! hahaha sian. i AM HUNGRY NOW LAH!!

Coming back to the topic of weeked, it was fantabulous. Love my baby!!


Darling decided to bring me to Little India to eat this SUPER YUMMY briani.
On the way out, we saw a rainbow!!! so happy=)

The briani which he recommended was quite nice=) VERY flavoursome and *fattening* i think. hahha!



It's like when u enter the restaurant.. they pour water and ask u to wash your hands!! its like.. wow. good service. though baby told me about it beforehand, when it actually happened, I was like even embarrassed with their good service!

This was cottage cheese in some curry sauce. yumsyums!

We ordered this house favourite chicken..

And this dish really melt in your mouth.. the chicken just falls apart and reveal the tangy flavours.

Explosive flavour. VELI NICE!

Then came the briani..


at 1st I was a tad disappointed...coz the person who served me a portion of the rice.. did not give me the essense of it, the sauce.. so I was like.. huh.. this is it? this is the one baby was raving over about?

ahaha baby looked shocked too when I told him it wasn't that fantastic and the ZAMZAM briani near Arab St was better..

He quickly find the sauce flavoured part for me. AHAHH! he is so cute.

sigh. What am I going to do in future...


He is going to be such a picky eater..if i cook like shit..
He may well quarrel with me and divorce me. hAHAhaa~

Oh well.. he said he'll cook.

PleASEEE do consider my picking out of clothes for u to sell today. I think they are pretty sellable.. HAHAHAHA really. My taste now totally better than that time the maggie noodle hair suggestion. Today, I sent baby to work.

I was very touched by something. Today was the first time he said 'i love you' so clearly and so endearingly and with so much meaning and staring into my eyes before he left. *sigh~*

RAHHH. It is SO hard to seriously focus and go crazy with studying. Mundane shit.


I feel like a drifter... days and nights don't matter anymore. They just sort of meld and mesh into one. I wake up. Soon after, I sleep. Days just pass without any sense of fulfillment, no sense of accomplishment. Just me, my growing butt and the growing amount of work that needs to be done.

Not like him.. can enjoy..

I have a project group of Year Ones.. sigh. Another rubbish thing. They don't seem so concerned and lazy me even have to take up arms and start THEIR engines. They probably enjoying life right now. I can't afford that sort of luxury. ELAINE!!! study!!! pushpushpushpushpush

Oh ya.. had a seriously strange encounter yesterday...

Strange encounter

--> Was hanging around outside Parkway parade yesterday because I was trying to get people to do surveys for me. Haha it was about 9 o'clock coz I met Jason and arrived there late. Sigh~ Was roaming around..Jason on one side of the road, me on the other side

Then I gave up on my side.. decided to go across the road to meet up with him. JUST as I was waiting to cross the road, suddenly this man approached me. (I thought I should be the one to approach pple...)


He asked carefully, " Hi there. Do you know where the nearest 7/11 is?"

I was like..: Erm no sorry.

strange man: Oh. you don't live around here?

Me: yeah *sheepishly* (what the hell...)

strange man: Icic. I live near here.. blocks behind.. (shit. why didn't I respond to this discriminating comment).. What is your name? I would like to thank you..

Me: *getting suspicious* Ha..erm Elaine

strange man: Thanks Elaine. Hey, *takes out his handphone* CAN YOU GIVE ME YOUR NUMBER? So that I can call you if I get lost.

And I am quite happy with my camera.. the one baby bought for me.

I still quite novice as to how to use it.. but I am proud of it whenever I take it out!! hahha
